It was an average stay. Hotel is maintained clean but food was not upto the mark. There was no dental or Shaving kits. Location wse it is away from the town. Breakfast was average.

Good hotel. Staff is good and polite
Posted 3 Jun 2015Met expectations. Staff needs a little bit of training in handling customers but they were polite and well mannered.
Clean rooms and good location.

Location: Nothing to do in the area
We needed somewhere to stay for two nights near Christmas and this was the only place we could find with availability.
Because there were no rooms with two beds, I booked a suite and asked for an extra bed for my daughter. When we reached the room we found only one bed and I asked reception to send another. The extra bed duly arrived but without bedding. After further conversations with reception, a sheet arrived. Another conversation with reception and a duvet arrived. For some reason this was soaking wet so there was another conversation with reception and finally we got bed and bedding.
The hotel was generally dirty and neglected. It seemed to be used mostly by shipyard workers and I think we were the only tourists.
The breakfast room was gloomy with drawn curtains and doors covered in fingerprints. Side serving tables were filthy. There were no cups or knives anywhere at breakfast time. Breakfast was dire. We finally managed to get some toast but waited 20 minutes and had to ask again for coffee. Most of the waiters didn't have the first clue about what they were doing and would have been better employed doing some cleaning.
I realised that the Diet Coke was always warm because the fridge was turned off between meals.
Not only was there no hot water but for most of the time there was not ANY water. Bathroom was dirty, not enough towels and thoroughly depressing. Not somewhere to linger.
Shortly after leaving, my daughter developed food poisoning

Spacious Rooms
Posted 9 Aug 2014 on HotelsEverything is good. But, the MENU has to be revised as it has got so much ambiguity in dishes & it's rates.
