The place smelt like sewage really bad to the point we couldn’t sleep and went to the beach for the whole day to avoid having to be in our room The place was very dirty floors and like mud flicked up one wall where my kids were meant to sleep in The Dyer was broken and it was raining that day so that was another disappointment We told management and they didn’t offer us anything so another disappointment Would never stay there again it was sickening the smell

Room curtains were in shreds. No legs to base of bed resulting in incredibly poor night's sleep. Rude unprofessional female staff member in restaurant.

Always difficult to respond to anonymous reviews of this type as it is difficult to track down the room involved. We are unaware of any apartments where curtains are 'in shreds' as you wouldn't rent the apartment in such condition, non the less we shall review the 109 apartments in an attempt to locate. We also don't have any beds where you just sleep on a mattress so this review has been quite perplexing. Certainly routinely our restaurant team are not normally referred to in the manner described. If you care to contact our office we would follow these matters up for you.

Lovely place to stay and great location. Lots of room inside the town houses. The only thing I can be picky on is the AC units need a good clean and there was some random cob webs. Otherwise everything was great.
