Happy with the location and amenities for the price we paid for it. The staff at reception were kind and helpful. However, thoroughly disappointed with the condition and cleanliness - had dead/alive cockroaches, the sofa had stains all over, there was a persistent unpleasant odour in the cabin. Overall, didn’t feel very hygienic.

No swimming pool!!! Cabins too close to one another …. We had extremely noisy neighbours

cabin was for three adults bunk beds were very uncomfortable for adult person

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback, but unfortunaley Rainbow Beach itself does not have very good internet especially when there are a lot of people in the town.
