"Mia at the front desk was excellent. We stayed first for 2 nights, then went on our 12 day Hurtigruten sail, and then returned to Bergen for an additional 4 nights. Mia made it like we were coming back home to family. "It is a clean, modern hotel, located in downtown Bergen. Solveig (“Sunny”) at Sunday’s checkin was WONDERFUL. The restaurant/bar in the restaurant was closed, as is the case in many places in Norway on Sunday, as I understand. The room (“319”) was very cramped, but I found it workable. There is a small balcony. The room has a large window looking into a looming office building located next door (with an intervening, small canal)."
