Do NOT use maps-no access. The directions for car access and parking should be clearly stated and outlined. It took us a long time to find and access and no one available by phone. Just call ahead for info- very important. Now that we are here- understand the situation. But honestly, I read reviews about this problem but difficult to actually understand until experienced. But, an adventure! Hotel did not send us a message for anrrival annd parking instructions until after we arrived. That did not help our frustration. Also, it’s limited in amenities- more like a BnB. No coffee in room. But, fine for one night stay. Perfect location to enjoy Ragusa Ibla.

Actually, I think Google Maps is the best way to check for our exact location; we are sorry if you had any issues finding the hotel but, as you say: just call ahead if you have any doubt, our reception is open 24/7. By the way, we are still trying to understand what were you looking for at our bar's shelves while the bar was closed and why you ran away from the hotel, after having your massage and late check out, without paying your bill (of course, thank you for letting us work on it for 24 hours before we finally get the payment). We are happy you enjoyed at least the hotel location, just 150 meters away from the Duomo.

Unique hotel with street parking access from lower street then lift to reception on second floor. Fifth floor direct access to old town. Our room was spacious and modern with spectacular view the valley. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended !

Beautiful location and place. My only negative would be I was surprised to see plastic glasses for juices.

Stunning location, great property, the room was excellent, convenient parking, very friendly and accommodating staff. What's not to love! Will definitely be recommending to anyone who wants to visit Ragusa!

Posted 17 Jun 2024 on HotelsThis is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. This time I stayed in the annex. The room is very well appointed, cleverly hewn out in a rock face. I had a little secluded patio to myselfAs before the staff on reception were brilliant. Sofia deserves special mention, so friendly and thoroughly professional and attentive. Likewise Francesco both on arrival and at breakfast next morning. The breakfast is outstanding. Well done to the team at San Giorgio. Ottimo.
