Three generations of charming gracious hosts living in a palazzo home to the same family for generations. Beautifully appointed with family antiques and memorabilia. By far the best experience a tourist could ever hope for.

Our one night stay was absolutely exquisite. Of all the stays during our three week visit to Sicily this was by far our favorite. Everything was perfect from the moment we were greeted and welcomed by the owners at the front gate to the moment we waved goodbye to them from the taxi. This property is five star! Thank you Raffaella and Giovanni!

It is a palazzo in more than name. The family has occupied this incredible property since 1920. When you stay here you become part of their fascinating history and they treat you like a guest in their home. It was one of the most memorable accommodations where we have ever stayed.

Don't think twice-this is the best hotel in Ragusa
Posted 12 Apr 2022 on HotelsHands down this is the place to stay if you are visiting Ragusa. Hosts were extremely attentive to our every wish, and they had done a great job restoring a historic palazzo. It feels like sleeping in a museum with so many genuinely rare and classic artifacts - but in a good way, with all the modern convenience. Breakfast was to die for (they served ricotta freshly made that morning and made cannolis on the spot for us). Minibar is free. You have to walk down the stairs to reach Ragusa Ibla but that walk was the favourite part of our trip - every step is beautiful and insta-worthy.
