Family friendly Hotels in Ragusa, Sicily

"A beautiful property in a stunning picturesque setting. Full of character & charm, great breakfast & dinner available. Bathroom could do with updating and rooms feel very dark. Biggest drawback was our room which we booked for a family of 4 and were given a room right in the centre of the courtyard by the restaurant and the children’s bedroom was adjacent to the noisy kitchen. Needless to say it was very disturbing and loud and the hotel were not able to help or move us, which was a real shame...

"This hotel is perched above the town and has a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, and views of the duomo, town and valley. It's a lovely, quiet place and it even has parking about 5 minutes up the hill, which is impossible to find in Ragusa Ibla. The staff are very gracious, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was so quiet, and the bed was very comfortable with a mattress topper. We highly recommend it. "

"The staff was so wonderful and warm to (Jaime Melo and Sal and Nonno Baglieri) special gratitude to Ritonela Federico and Biagio. They helped beyond expectation to all our needs. "The property is in an amazing town with much history. The biggest problem is access. We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. My wife and I are not kids but when we arrived, after not being met at the train station as promised we had to carry our bags up about 75-100 steps to our room.
