"Great suite, but the check-in desk was unstaffed when I arrived, so I spent a very irritating 20 minutes out on the street, unable to get through the locked door leading into the hotel. The phone number to call for assistance was not working on my 1 phone. They need to fix this; check-in should not be so difficult. How about a simple door code?"

"Excellent location within 10-15 minutes walking distances to the centre of Aberdeen. The apartment was excellent, clean and had everything we needed. Secure parking was absolutely brilliant. The apartment was fantastic with lots of room and had everything you could want. The supplied breakfast and other supplies were great and unexpected. The heating was set to high, so very warm. The bed was very firm but ok. We would highly recommended this and would happily stay there again. 10/10."

"Easy check in with details via email. Appartment was clean and comfortable. Big fridge freezer and a modern washing machine were great. Designated parking space was excellent. A good Chinese takeaway a few steps from the block. Outside the Aberdeen Low Emission Zone."

"What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"

"It was a nice enough place but would have liked to known it was on the top floor of the whole building. We had no communication on how to actually get in the building and with the check in etc so had to phone the owner themselves which took time and would have been helpful to have all of the info in an email. There was also no soap to wash our hands with which isn’t great after covid and all… also please note you have to pay for street parking which is expensive in my opinion "

"I use this hotel often, had a problem with the standard double room, but after talking with receotion they upgraded me for £10 to an excecutive foubke. Breakfast as usual was very nice."

"The hotel is lovely. I've stayed before and the service is always amazing. I find Aberdeen an increasingly unsafe city - on my first morning there was a man outside the hotel - on the street - in a state of undress and no one was doing anything - no police, sainsburys security guards just watching to make sure he didn't come into their shop. However, the hotel is lovely - a haven"
