room was not heated properly, literally cold... Mind you the proprietor was apologetic, but this did not change the condition of the cold night...

You stayed one night.
You did not let me know your room was cold.
I suppose I could have crept into your room with a thermometer in the middle of the night and stood over your head to assess the temperature. I have, however, found that most guests don't appreciate my climate checks during the witching hour. Some were quite spooked when then awoke to me hovering above them with a thermometer (you can't guess the best place to take the temperature..... let's just say that an internal reading is more accurate). Having said this the last guest in that same room had a lovely warm and cosy evening; they paid twice your rate and left a 9.3 rating on a different site. This may be due to them being highly telepathic and connecting with me prior to arrival letting me know that they had read into the future predicted a faulty radiator and gave me the opportunity to fix it.... Or they just didn't fancy the thermometer thing... I dunno....

Cozy with great service!

Locatie is prima aan de rand van Radstadt. Ontbijt is ook prima, niet super uitgebreid maar voor ons was het prima. Engelse eigenaar vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
