Service at desk was 12/10. Property was good and location good, but staff made it excellent!

Absolutely gorgeous surroundings and the staff were amazing, the rooms were very clean and we had a great time here as a family of four and one little doggie. :)

Had a great 3 nights here. The staff was amazing and super friendly! Very helpful with the suggestion of a hike as we were in area for a few days of hiking and to celebrate my 50th birthday. Breakfast was a great way of starting day and the staff was super friendly when coming into the breakfast area. Will definitely come back for another stay as there is so much hiking in area and celadon hotel is the perfect spot to come and go from!

We loved our stay at Celadon lodge. Our family room suite was extremely clean and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the breakfast waffles delicious. We were so close to the hot springs and within driving distance for day trips to Banff and Lake Louise. Would definitely recommend and come again.
