The night manager on duty was amazing. Very helpful. Nice. Made sure to answer all questions and help with our problem.The hotel was beautifully clean and everything looked nice. The rooms looked really clean and very comfortable. All in all i was shocked at how nice of a hotel this was at the price for 1 night. Compared to other. Cheaper hotels this is the best by far.

The staff was very kind & helpful. Close to Walmart Ft Knox and Sanders park. The indoor pool was a bonus! When it comes to cleanliness the building it's self is outdated & you get what you pay for. No bugs and clean mattresses. We will be staying here our next visit.

I love staying here. I have several times. But I have yet to recieve my deposit money back and its been over the 5 -10 business days I was told it would take to see it back into my account. I wont be staying here any more if thats not resolved asap.

I didn’t like anything about the property. The older lady they have working there has very bad customer service. She was rude since the first day we stayed and we stayed 2 weeks. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice. The hot tub was broke everyday we were there.

We were supposed to stay 2 nights….. we only stayed 1 night because we didn’t have anywhere to go. The bed had blood stains and the wall in the bathroom had fecal matter smeared on the wall.
I went to check out and the front desk woman said yea that doesn’t surprise me 😳😳😳 how is that acceptable!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was great, but I absolutely loved the older lady in the front. She made sure I was taken care of. Got me in. I absolutely adored her. She is amazing. There should be more staff like her. She needs a raise. She has really short hair. older lady wears glasses and is very funny. Thank you again so much for being so kind and gentle.
