"We arrived to the property at 2:30, with a 3:00 check-in. Our room was not ready, which we expected, so we went out for half an hour. When we return a little after 3pm they said our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes or more. We were tired and really wanted to freshen up. The staff were unapologetic (an apology and making the customer feel like they are the priority goes a long way) and made us almost feel like we were imposing expecting the room to be ready on time. "it was quite basic as expected but the room was not properly cleaned, the bin was not emptied and I had to go to reception twice to get Tissue papers, a Floor mat, a Towel and Soap the room attendance didn't drop any before I checked in. The breakfast was OK. The receptionist was friendly. The lift gives this initial and final bump."

"When traveling with family, the first thing you concern about is the comfort of your family, this place has it all, the service is great, all over, inside the room and outside, in the entire hotel. "I was truly expecting a much nicer Riad at this per night price. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were super nice. I will begin with the worst. I got poisoning from the breakfast! I was sick for 24 hours. They must monitor the food service and make sure everything is fresh. The room was extremely small and not well designed. The bathroom was a total disgrace. It was not clean and rusted. AWFUL. I have been at other Riads, which were lower priced and were a thousand...

"Absolutely beautiful property. But…. They advertise a spa, but have never opened it. They are mainly there for the restaurant that comes with the property. For business, it was inconvenient because I never had an actual breakfast. I had to leave at 8am for work and breakfast wasn’t out. "

"Riads are tough to review. Parking is always horrendous - don’t believe them when they say “offsite parking available.” This is a cop out - you will be finding street parking and making a deal with a total stranger who could care less about the Riad. And they will try to scam you for a higher rate. This is well decorated and the staff is excellent. But the rooms are weirdly laid out. See some pictures. This includes floor level windows that open to the center courtyard etc. and uneven floors....

horrible experience

"This property is far from the city center without a transport facility. You can not find a Taxi even. I left the property around 5 am to catch my flight at 6h50 to Paris. I got into the car, and then the owner came and took me to check the rooms and, most importantly, the "Towels". I felt embarrassed, and his behavior was rude. I never had such an experience while visiting 60 other countries. Hotels.com should take out this property from their list. "
