Everything in the room was either broken or falling off. Clean room and spacious. First they were supposed to put me in the 16th floor then something happened and took me down to the crappy broken room 6/7 floors down.

The staff operates with professional excellence in mind. The welcoming and processing at check in was of the highest quality. Located in great neighborhood, it is safe and confortable. I highly recomend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. It feels like every detail has been thought through. Joe Malone Bath products. It smells amazing everywhere. You can’t fault this property. Best hotel in this trip by far !
