"The gentleman running the hotel did everything to make us as comfortable as possible. We arrived much later than we said we would and he waited much longer than he needed to. Nonetheless when we arrived we were surprised with an upgrade so that we would be more comfortable. The building is a few hundred years old, but has been updated a bit.
