"The staff was very nice and welcoming. The property well located close to train station. However, the room was tiny and a bit old, with many stains on the carpet and the bathroom. The bathroom door was not closing properly, the shower walls needed to be cleanse throughly. Lastly the bedsheets were full of dust (they were clean but were generating way too much dust particles in air when manipulated). To finish on positive note: the breakfast was good. "The riad décor is beautiful as all raids are. The location is great right in the edge of the medina. The shower in my room was broken so it could not stay up on the holder and the hose had leaks so water sprayed everywhere and the door didn't shut so water got all over the bathroom floor every time I showered. I'd say this is more of a three star hotel, not four. The staff was kind and welcoming. It was nice to have an elevator. The wifi was not strong enough to take a work call so don't plan on...
