"Room was good, they gave me iron and hangers upon request. Security is good. They had minimart at the basement of the apartment. Bfast facilities were not there so had to look for it outside. Chairs were abit unstable. Cable TV keeps hanging. Entrance doors were difficult to lock and open."

"All the property was brand new , but the toilet is so hard to use , it was no hanger so i have to put my clothes at the sink while shower, some clothes fell down and all wet . Its really annoying. And more importantly, its no WI-FI. So i have to spend my data everyday, which i’m from overseas and it cost me more ."

"1/3 rd of the hotel experience is the hotel's physical condition. This particular hotel needs a serious renovation, things that shouldn't be visible, are, for instance in the dining area, you have paint chipping off the wall, there is a wall as you first walk in to the dining area (left side) where the eall is extremely dirty. The rooms have had the ceiling patched up, but with a very low budget handwork, there are gaps, chipps and in some cases, they didnt even bother to paint the entire thing, just where they made the repairs. The so-called desks have the vinil wood covering coming off, you can see the compressed wood that the desk is made of, this are the things that management should fix, just by managing the work a little better. On the other hand, the staff is wonderful, very helpful and considerate. Also, the food is delicious, if it wasnt for those 2 things, i would give the hotwl a 1 star ratin. "
