The hotel itself was good. Good value for money. The only problem i had was a receptionist. One morning i needed a taxi. I asked her if she could call one for me. She said no. I asked her why she replied I'm too busy. I was dumbfounded.

Posted 22 Jan 2018 on HotelsA very disappointing hotel no hot water for showers bugs all through bathroom. Only one female staff member was helpful purchased a balcony room with ocean view got a room with a tiny balcony only one person cold stand on it and the ocean view ncluded building woks.

Could use some love and care

Pros: It provided shelter on a rainy day.
Cons: Some upgrades and renovations would be nice. Make the appliances work well. Don't charge for drinking water.
Location: Close to the beach and the harbor. Not much happening close by, but a handful of restaurants with seafood.
Hotel has seen better days and at least my room could use some love and care. Construction noise the whole day, some of it in my room because of a water leak. Crammed toiled, barely space to sit on. Rating of three stars and price are not merited. The place is pretty far away from the center, close to the harbor, but just a few steps from the beach. Lovely staff.

Pros: close enough to all the sights of interest. Girls on travel info desk very helpful
Cons: cannot think of anything
Location: located by the river. nice view of it having breakfast. walking distance to all attractions and anything else can be arranged by the travel desk
Staff were very helpful. close enough to walk to all the sight seeing places. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was fine. Good enough for the price in a big city

Beautiful view
Posted 5 Jan 2017 on HotelsCheck in was easy. We got up to our room and it wasn't 2 beds. We backed out of the room and the maids fixed the situation in less than 5 minutes and we didn't even have to go back downstairs.
Our room had a small balcony with a great view of the ocean!
