Food at main Raices restaurant was not good service and food not so exciting for high prices

This is a wonderful hotel. Very clean and excellent staff. Rooms are very large and comfortable.

Room and hotel beautiful, food not so much.

This was truly a 5-star experience. We had never visited Quito before and it was the perfect place for us to call “home” for 3 nights. The rooms were so quiet. The lobby area was just breath taking. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend staying here to all friends and family. And I hope we have the privilege of staying again. Thank you!!
