Estimado Sr. Leonel: Agradecemos su comentario. Nos gustaría comentarle que el Hotel es un edificio patrimonial y por tal motivo no podemos colocar cierto equipamiento en las habitaciones, sin embargo contamos con amplias ventanas y balcones para su comodidad.Que tenga un excelente día.

No air conditioning in the room and the hotel terrible

Estimado Sr. Cano: Nos apena mucho que su estadía no haya sido placentera para usted. Sin embargo, nos gustaría conocer cuál fue exactamente lo que causó su molestia para poder trabajar en eso y solucionarlo de inmediato lo más pronto. En cuanto al tema del aire acondicionado nos gustaría que sepa que el Hotel es patrimonial por lo que no podemos colocar este tipo de equipamiento como el aire acondicionado dentro de las habitaciones; motivo por el cual se le había enviado un ventilador a su habitación y de esta manera darle la facilidad de frescura que usted requería. Esperamos que nos pueda enviar una respuesta ya que esto nos ayuda a seguir trabajando y enfocarnos en los puntos que a ustedes que son nuestros huéspedes importantes les parece que han fallado.Que tenga un excelente día.

Nuestra estadía en Quito fue fenómeno
Buen hotel cerca de todo, es un hotel antiguo necesita algunas reformas pero es especial es bueno , cómodo y limpio muy conveniente cerca de todo y se puede salir a buscar restaurantes , farmacias y transporte público

Loved Quito!
