I have travelled many places, but Casa Anabela stands out as one of the best places I have ever stayed. Maria and Marie were extremely hospitable, welcoming, and accommodating - it felt like home. The rooms were very nice and tastefully designed. The breakfasts were incredible! This place is top notch in every way.
The staff Maria and Mary where wonderfull. The area was located in the historic center and there were plenty of taxis which can take you to El Panecillo and the teleferico.
It’s a wonderful hotel. They definitely treat you like family there. The location is within the Central historical area and close to the Mercado Central. Easy walking from the hotel to take in Quito.
Beautiful and charming place. The stuff is so sweet and very helpful. The place is located close to most of the attractions in the historic center. I recommend everybody to stay there.
Casa Anabela is in the historic centre of Quito and is walking distance to the Plaza de la Independencia and most of the major attractions in the area. Breakfast has cold and hot options. They make you eggs and coffee to your liking. The bathtub was very relaxing after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. Maria at reception was very helpful with dining options and arranging transport for us. Thank you Casa Anabela for a nice stay in Quito.
Super freindly staff, got early check-in (8 a.m.) and late check-out (3 p.m.) and a additional breakfast at arrival for no charge! The location is very central.
BEST HOTEL EVER!
Nicest staff, ROOM WITH A BATH IS SO DELUX THAT WE LEXTENDED OUR STAY IN QUITO JUST FOR THAT!
They offered breakfast and laundry on them and they are the nicest people ever.
Come to Quito for this!!
*** Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy from the street
Lovely boutique hotel, very friendly staff, very clean, wifi strong enough to support WhatsApp phone calls. 15 mins walk to the old town.
Would happily use again
The staff was absolutely amazing at responding to all of my questions, requests and desires. Went above and beyond every day. The hotel is in very good condition and rooms are spacious.
I was blown away by this hotel. The staff were like family and so lovely and friendly, the breakfast was freshly cooked every day to individual tastes, the room was amazing and lovely and clean. The only thing I would recommend is a good pair of earplugs (although you will prob need these anywhere in Quito), as the drivers like to honk their horns a lot! But my earplugs worked fine and I had a wonderful stay.
This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a small, family-run boutique. When I had trouble dealing with noise from the street due to migraines, they moved me to a quieter room. When I got an ear infection, one of their workers walked me to a medical clinic and helped me with the appointment. The family even invited me to go bicycling with them.
The owners/staff show impeccable attention to detail in regards to customer service. The hotel itself is beautiful, the few blocks surrounding it are rundown and noisy but I can't fault them for that. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. I was treated very well.
If you need/want to stay near the Centro Historico I'd stay here in a heartbeat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This was easily my best hotel experience in recent memory. All the stuff are exceptionally good and friendly. I had a problem and Maria went way above and beyond to help me resolve it. I would never ever stay anywhere else when I am in Quito.
The hotel was absolutely spotless, the breakfast terrific at the location could not possibly be any better!
We had a great time staying at Casa Anabela. I was traveling with my colleague and we were a bit concerned about staying in Quito as two single women but it was absolutely fine. The hotel staff made us feel so welcome and safe and really helped us see the best of Quito (which is AMAZING). Breakfast was so delicious and the rooms were comfortable and beautiful. Only thing to note is that there wasn’t any shampoo in the rooms - not an issue, was just a surprise to me, so come prepared. I loved my stay here and highly recommend!
Casa Anabela Boutique Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Quito's historical center. The service is absolutely outstanding, with Marie and Maria Jose going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home. Their warmth and attentiveness truly set the experience apart.
The rooms are immaculate—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail seems to have been considered to create a relaxing and inviting space. The breakfast is another highlight, with a delicious spread that adds a wonderful start to the day.
Given its prime location in the historical center, this hotel offers exceptional value for those looking to explore the city's rich history and charm. Casa Anabela Boutique Hotel is a perfect choice for travelers seeking comfort, hospitality, and an authentic experience in Quito.
Casa Anabela was our home base while in Ecuador, we stayed there on 5 separate occasions and were so glad we did! The location is great in Old Quito, within walking distance to many restaurants. Property is fairly quiet, very clean, excellent breakfast, but it's the staff that will keep us returning! Super friendly and hard working. However, Maria was beyond amazing! She helped arrange rides, laundry, contact airline to find missing luggage, was super accommodating with all of our needs. We felt so welcome and well taken care of. Gracias Maria!!!
