The property was very unique and in the historic district. The staff was excellent.
The bed was uncomfortable, the refrigerator did not work, and we had to fix the shower head so we could shower. Breakfast was so-so. However, all in all it was a very unique and good experience.

The only thing I liked was the friendly staff, other than that, it's dirty, no real cleaning, noisy floors, noisy bed, Ifelt like I was sleeping on the floor because the bed was so hard. The only thing the cleaning person does is the bed and takes ot the trash. I would came to find the towels in the same place I had left them, even the bathroom mat was the same as I had left it. Every noise is heard at all tnies because of the wooden floors and bed. The breakfast is extremely limited and if you want to have lunch or dinner you'll have to go elsewhere. In conclusion, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience wich left me sleepless and in pain all over. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not eve out of spite

Dear guest,You stayed in a suite, had an upgrade without cost, when you asked to changed the room, and you said the bed is much better. We did all days changed the towels, you ensured to tell us to change everyday before you left the Hotel, eventhough we do change towels if guests put them in the sink or floor, otherwise if guests hang them up, we don't.Breakfast is not a buffet, but it is very complete, it has: coffee, tea or milk; bread; jam; 2 eggs; natural juice; bowl of 2 fruits; and everyday something additional and different such as: yogur with granola or patacon with cheese or poncake or cheese with jam, etc, so it is very complete.Anyway thanks for your comments.Kind regards,

We loved that it was in the old town of Quito.
Very friendly staff.
Would highly recommend it.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was close to everything we needed, The staff were all friendly and very helpful, breakfast was great, and We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. We have stayed there twice already and if I were going back to Quito, I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it!

Very clean.
The staff was not able to answer all questions but they tried their best.
Breakfast was small and delivered to your seat(e.g. one bread roll, one fried egg, small bowl of fruits)

Great location right in the centre of the old town. Old building with great history that has been restored.
