Posted 24 Sep 2024 on HotelsThe location was nice, staff was nice, staff was very understandable and the main reason they were given the stars!! however, toilet paper was so thin, it was thinner then the gift wrap tissue, there was a moldy smell and the bathroom door wouldn't close at all. For the price i paid you'd expect better quality supplies and it not to be moldy!

Poorly put together. Needs to be demolished and renovated. Bacteria on washroom ceiling, all light fixtures have tonnes of bugs in them, toilet was made for a child or person under 4’. This was the WORST MOTEL IN ONTARIO. I have been in a lot of them. This place I would NOT GO AGAIN! He wanted to charge me $25/ hour for an early check in. lol

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very old and need updating.
