"Situated in central Torrievieja. It is a few minutes walk from the bus garage and shops. It is about a 10 minutes walk to the sea front. The reception and dining area are modern. The rooms have dated decor. There is no kettle in the room. Breakfast was a small croissant in a packet, a small cake in a packet, two toasts (lovely bread), butter, jam, a slice of ham and cheese. "The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "

"The apartment was very modern set out very well with great quality furniture and beds. The roof top are setting was amazing and brilliant seating area and sun beds. Good modern kitchen. The grounds has three pools and even in winter one of them is heated. Also a gym on site. Right next to the taxi rank and supermarkets. Several local beaches all walkable with different settings. Lots of restaurants to chose from locally just explore. The communication was excellent from the letting....

"It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was included, room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, English speaking staff and entertainment on an evening even out of season. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of free parking around hotel and car was safe. Lovely view even from lower floors. Overall a very good stay. Have booked my mum in there for a week in April for a bit of spring sunshine."

" This hotel is about 5 mins from Alicante airport (Elche) and on the motorway. Regardless of having my own property about 40 mins from the airport I always stay here if I have a late flight (as it’s too late to start cleaning in my own place) or very early flight going home. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and at a cheap price and there is secure parking. The hotel has its own cafe and serves a variety of good food 247. Worth going for the same reasons mentioned. "
