Posted 12 Mar 2020 on HotelsOnly a sheet on the bed—no blankets, bathroom smell pervaded the room on arrival, no hot water, insufficient soap, no shampoo, a large insect roaming the room, staff very difficult to find in the evening. Noise either in hotel or just outside made it harder to sleep. Location was father from the historial center than I had thought it would be.

The location is my favorite in Queretaro - "Artsy" district, very calm yet a ten minute walk to the main square(s). The furniture is very basic, wifi can be a bit spotty at times, but it is very clean. The price is great for a hotel that is more than adequate. The owner is from Morocco and has a very nice restaurant as well which is part of the hotel.

Very unique and fun place to stay. Relaxing patio with pleasant and atmosphere. Restaurant was very good - Mexican / Moroccan fusion. Belly dancing and entertainment over the weekend. Hookahs and tea. Great stay, especially for the price.

I thought the hotel was closer to historic district but it is possible to take city bus
I liked the pool area

El chico de recepción poco servicial, el desayuno muy malo, únicamente fue un pan y un cafe que no sabía tan bueno, esperamos mucho tiempo y nunca regresaron a checar si necesitabamos algo mas, nos tuvimos que retirar del restaurante para hacer checkin puesto que esperamos mucho. Las mesas muy sucias, tuve que limpiarla yo así como las tazas del café sucias. En general la mala experiencia fue en el desayuno.

Posted 7 Mar 2020 on HotelsDesde que llegamos, muy mala atención del receptor, que por cierto, no sabía español, asi que atendió en inglés, dos toallas para tres personas, mal aseado el cuarto y para acabar mi esposa e hija terminaron con piquetes de bichos,no sabemos qué tipo... Mala experiencia, no volvemos ahí. 😟
