Affordable luxury in beautiful and rustic Queretaro downtown. Close walking distance all around downtown and no transportation needed. Plenty to eat all around, and lots of night life activities.

I had a wonderful stay at Kuku ruku. My room was big and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly and the area was easily walkable to great restaurants and museums.

Good location. My room was ar the other side of the reception, so it was noisy. Some of the staff kept playing on the PC and cursing out loud so many times. I also saw some of them smoking in the patio even though it is prohibited. No easy to take a hot shower, cold water was an issue. Rooms don't look like the photos.

A good place with basic services. You have a bed, a bathroom and toilette. Place has a very rustic image. Seems cool. Only thing could be improved is the cleanliness/ maintenance of the room. Other than that, a great option to stay one night at a very low cost.

Nice hotel. Good value. The rooms without windows are smelly and stuffy. We left the door open and fan on as much as possible. Might be worth paying a bit extra for a room with a window. Rest of the experience was really nice.

Great location and price in historic center. Very safe with 24/7 staff at front desk. Room was clean but a bit dark. It did not have electrical outlet in bathroom but had a common bathroom with outlet for hair dryer, straightener and shaver. Great value.

My first room had no cross breeze and no privacy with the window open. My second room iloved, however it was a bit dirty. Under the bed had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was also a sump pump ruining all night which made it difficult to sleep. Easily fixable with a cover. But for the price.....i will be back.

I don’t get it, how Expedia can promote this property. Rooms has mold, unfinished electrical Windows can not close, furniture is damaged floors are damaged The bathroom in the second room they give us, is a box, without any ventilation We reserved for 3 nights, and we stayed only one because we have no choice. So far is the worst hotel we ever stayed

How could anyone think it's OK to rent out, *IN THE MIDDLE OF A MEXICAN SUMMER HEATWAVE*, a room on a rooftop with no AC? I got there at midnight after a VERY long time travelling from Hong Kong, so it was too late to go looking for other hotels at that hour, but, even at midnight, it was still like an oven when I opened the door. It's a cement greenhouse. After an hour of having the doors and window open, the temperature barely changed, but every mosquito in the state if Querétaro was in my room. It was a horrible night, and I was barely able to sleep, even in the exhausted state I was in after travelling so long; I'm glad Expedia allowed me to cancel the second night I had booked for a refund, but I shouldn't have paid money for that horrible night that I stayed there -- if anything, I should be compensated for it. This hotel touts itself as being "green" or "eco-friendly" just because it doesn't have air-conditioning in the rooms. To rent out that rooftop room in a summer heatwave isn't green or eco-friendly: it's unconscionable and unethical.

Referente a la Habitación, no tenía nada que ver con las imágenes de la página. Todas las paredes están sucias y llenas de salitre con la pintura totalmente pelada y en la alfombra. El techo está igual. Me encontré varios cabellos en el baño y en las sábanas de mi cama. No hay bureaus a lado de la cama lo cual no puedes poner tu teléfono o la botella de agua junto a ti. Definitivamente le falta mucho mantenimiento. Los muebles son viejos al igual que el colchón. Creo que si lo modernizaran y le dieran el mantenimiento que requiere sería un gran hotel.

Nos cobraron 200 más por estacionamiento, nos corrieron exactamente a las 12:00 pm porque nunca nos avisaron antes sobre el check-out y no es tan petfriendly porque no esta adecuado para poder llevar a tus mascotas y de hecho nos querían cobrar más por llevar a un perrito chiquito pero en el anuncio nunca dicen que te cobran de más, lo único bueno fue; la cama (muy cómoda), regadera, y el primer chico de recepción que nos atendió.
