Better before. Shut down one of the restaurants. Food OK in remaining restaurant but nothing to write home about. Basic.

It was not what I expected, the cleanest and upkeep of the hotel was not there. And to top it off , there was no water for over 2 hours.

We had a serious problem with a water pipe, however we worked to resolve it as quickly as possible that day and I am truly sorry for what happened, on the other hand Talk to our associates about their comments and, as a teaching moment, we will work more on our service standards and areas of opportunity for improvement. I am confident that these measures will ensure that your experience of service and care will be of a higher quality. Housekeeping service was terrible, we ran out of the bathroom toiletries, and they were not replaced when our room was serviced. We ran out of toilet paper twice and had to go out looking for some. On more than one occasion we were told they didn’t have towels to stock our room with clean ones and that as soon as some became available we would have them delivered. Well that didn’t happen. We ended up going downstairs to the pool and using those. The lobby ran out of coffee cups as well, didn’t have any available. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced, not anything compared to what the website stated. $85 us dollars for 4 people and the food was mediocre for that price. Requested a crib and was told one was available for me, and it would be sent up to the room after check in. Had to call for it 2 separate times before it showed up.
