Comfortable room with fantastic views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is outside of the downtown Queenstown, even though the hotel does offer a shuttle by the hour with limited 11 seats, a short ride but overall, by foot was just a bit too far for my person preference. Dinner at the restaurant was just fair, nothing to write home about. Restaurant manager was attentive, insightful, kind and yet professional. “Bordeaux” all day dining/snacks/cafè has a rather limited selection choices on food but a nice selection of beverages. The breakfast was rather pedestrian.

Lovely hotel. The walking trail around the lake was an unexpected highlight! Queenstown is beautiful. I also very much appreciated the shuttle service. Will stay here when I return!

Lovely view and service from staff. Two bedroom apartment very small for 4 people especially the bathroom/ toilet. Buffet breakfast average.
