The views from this hotel are spectacular. We only stayed a night, but check in & out was easy and breakfast was adequate. Overall, a good place to sleep.

The washroom smelled pretty bad throughout the three days we stayed there. The walls are fairly thin but if you wear earplugs it should be okay. The best about the lodge was the view, not from our window though. Free breakfast included!

Check in and check out was super fast & easy. Breakfast was included, it was nice and the breakfast area was nice and warm. The room was alright, kept us warm and beds were okay. We were out most of the day and were only in our rooms in the evenings so no complaints there. Although the towels looked like they've seen better days. Limited parking spaces, so will most likely have to look for parking if accommodation is busy & fully booked. Other than that everything else was good.

This was the perfect accommodation for out trip to queenstown for the marathon! Great service, comfortable and tidy room with an ensuite was all we needed and well priced for queenstown! Easy walk into town also.

We liked the continental breakfast and polite staff. It was a shame the coffee machine wasn't working, and no gluten free options for breakfast. But we enjoyed that it was comfortable and clean and a safe, convenient location.

Location to go to the town is very close , Noise is very bad i can hear people talking outside the room even our room is close and our room is in below people above us we can heard them walking like fast its disturb our sleep . Cleanliness is very bad like in the bathroom when we showerd water overflow on the bathroom not drain quickly enough , toilet and vanity not well clean.
