staff was friendly, inside room felt lux -nice furnishings, comfy bedding, attractive bathroom with rain showerhead but wifi was terribly slow unless using at 1am and could hear hotel renovation/construction noise.

I prepaid for two nights stay. The Air New Zealand flight was unable to land the first day of reservation and the hotel refused to refund any of the payment. While I could understand that had I been responsible for the missed day, I think some accommodation should have been made since I was not at fault. The parking garage was full by the time New Zealand Air got me to Queenstown the next day so I had to park on an extremely steep public street across from the hotel. I am 70 and am grateful my son was able to help me with the climb to the property. My lesson is not to use third parties like Expedia in the future. I will deal directly with reservations myself.

We had a really nice stay at the Millennium, beautiful beds, nice quiet room, nice peaceful outlook to gardens. Lovely fresh bathroom.

Gorgeous room and large, comfortable beds. The view was serene and the hotel was nice and quiet. Excellent location 5 mins drive from Queenstown central.

Excellent location! Walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, and hiking trails! Everywhere you turn is stunning. Couldn’t stop taking pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was great!

The staff at the property was great . Would have been great with free parking but like other properties in south island they charge 15$per night parking fees as an extra amount

Rooms quite dark but nicely decorated, food was terrible and that really let the hotel down. Staff friendly and helpful.
