The staff Miss Katherine was very helpful on arrival. Esp its remarkable for the one on working holidays. All fascillities excellent. cooking , laundry etc

Great view of the lake and mountains from our room and we were so close to the city centre. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Started off badly. The reception was closed at 4pm which was a cold reception after a long day travelling. The room could have been cleaner. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my 2 nights at the lodge and the girl in the reception was actually a huge embassador for your company

Was too loud with drunk residents within the lodge, coming in at late night. Staff did not assist. Didnt change soaking wet bathmat (shower doesn't seal properly). Don't bother going here.
