"The property is just outside of the downtown Queenstown area and a nice walk from the ferry terminal area. The bus stops are very close to the hotel entrance which was handy to get to the airport! I was in the Forest building which has a weird walkway from the hotel entrance and reception! They could make that uncovered walk by the pool a bit more welcoming for guests! I didn’t have breakfast but dinner in the pub was good! "

"Lovely receptionist, easy to find property, fairly close to city centre. Slightly outdated amenities especially in the bathroom. Road works at night was the only major downside. Thank you! "
