Hotel building is tired, rooms are tired and need updating. In need of refurbishing.
Location is excellent, right in town and lakefront.

Fantastic location and perfectly satisfactory room - would have been nice to have 2 comfortable chairs to sit in while in the room - there was more than enough room. Would stay here again.

Awesome hotel…..awesome location……would have loved to have spent a week instead of the just the two days in Queenstown……….but the rest of NZ awaits.
