Beautiful place perched on the mountainside overlooking Queenstown. It’s only a couple minute walk to central Queenstown. Very friendly and helpful proprietors. Fabulous view on the balcony.

Perfect retreat
Posted 25 Sep 2022 on HotelsWhat an amazing boutique hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet boutique feel. Amazing bed. Amazing views of Queenstown and the surrounding area. The added touches were excellent. Lovely big room with excellent bedding. Easy walk into the centre of Queenstown. Continental breakfast was excellent. Peter and Christine were lovely hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

This boutique hotel is a perfect combination of good hospitality and the fact that if you want to be left alone, that's respected.

On a 3 day stay my room was not serviced once. They said every 2 days. That’s pretty poor

DR Rodney-You had it explained at check-in that due to staff shortages the room would be serviced every 2nd day and if anything was needed in room otherwise you were just to let us know at breakfast. With all due respect your Hotel Room was left in the worst state I have seen in some time.

Excellent location, parking on site, great service, and nice and warm for the winter months. It is a friendly and welcoming place to stay and you have a much more personal experience than if you stayed in a large corporate hotel.
