We received several noise complaints about this guest from other rooms around them and they were also caught attempting to bring unauthorised guests on site. They are obviously unhappy about being warned about their conduct. Unauthorised guests and noise complaints are taken very seriously - We would rather take the hit with a bad review score, than to have patrons and staff inconvenienced by inconsiderate guests.

Whilst we do have double-glazing on all windows & free ear-plugs available for use, our premier downtown location can mean some on-street noise might be experienced. I like the convenient, restaurant all near by and very good food, safe area, walkable and all good activities near by. Cleanness and tidy room.

quite good but too cramped

the location is really good and the view from the kitchen is amazing. it was clean enough overall. but toooooooo cramped. I stayed in a dormitory for 6 and ensuite. the bathroom was tooooooooo cramped as well. And there was a musty smell in the room as there was no ventilation.

Unbeatable location in the center of the center. Literally 10ft from the pier and the views we travelled for. Yes, it is listed as a hostel, but if you book the private room, it is the same as a hotel, but basic. We had the 4-bed room (traveling with two adult kids). I would absolutely return there.
