Stayed on the ground level apartments. Great location but the rooms are very average to be nice. No air conditioning (that works or from this decade). Amenities really poor and bathroom terrible. Great location but if I had my time again I’d book another hotel.

It looks run down and cost a lot for very average conditions on the lake which was nice. About 750 meters from downtown

Standard room was more basic, on the 6th floor by restaurant, very loud hallway music, which was loud even in the room, only one power point in the room, would not book this room again, shame as other rooms and stays have been good.

The rooms are not sound proof at all, we could hear conversations next door so clearly. Not great for a relaxing stay or sleep

Construction on site where I paid $25 a day for parking and didn't feel comfortable parking my Porsche there. My toilet was used in my room while we were out and the smell when we returned was unbearable. I do understand that people need to go when they need to go but not in a room that has guests in. Not acceptable

thank you for your comments, sorry to hear you was not comfortable leaving your porsche in our carpark next to our renovations.we will be investigating the toilet to see if there is a maintenance issue, our staff are very unlikely to use a guest toilet whilst on shift,

I feel the room was poor standed, No aircon No exbelair fan. Sorry for the money, not sure if we would be back to stay there ??

Close to everything, normal hotel noises, nice bed.
