Convenient location to Manhattan, clean, new, everything works, and staff is great and accommodating. Will come back

I had good experience add this property. Hotel is not a height of luxury, but it is convenient and close to main subway. Staff is nice and friendly. Only con was that the bed was too hard.

Hotel was in a great location, easy to get into the City via subway, lots of nice local dining options nearby as well. Hotel was very clean, check in was easy and staff were helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again.

The staff did not explain anything about the amenities in the hotel. For example, I did not know that breakfast was included. Also, this is a VIP property, so it would be appreciated if they offered room upgrades or early check-in or late check-out as part of the perks.
