Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice.
The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town.
Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so don't expect it and you'll be fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and a smile, a few signs and a bit of patience got me checked in very quickly.
Great value, would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, nice time in the spa, saunas. I liked that they have books that you can read.

Other hotels in the "Altstadt" will require a taxi ride or a decent walk with luggage on cobbled streets (bad). The service was great. Very nice people at the front desk. The minuses: no fridge or safe in the room, reception not staffed all the time. Overall - a nice, pleasant stay

Hotel staffs do not speak English at all. Probably the hotel would only expect domestic customers.

Lovely place we'll worth a visit
Posted 5 Sep 2019 on HotelsLovely town, friendly staff. Room respectable though curtains too small for windows facing busy main street. Room very warm but it was a hot week and a fan was provided. Pillows large square type difficult to get comfortable.
