Nice hotel very close to the airport. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Took 25 minutes to check-in. Only one person at the counter checking guests in. He was on his cellphone most of the time. Poor appearance of the person working the desk and no customer service, no hospitality. I called the reception to ask about the gym and the rep. did not know what I was asking. Couldn't speak English properly and asked me to wait till his boss came in.
