Property was very clean and quiet. Small hotel but just steps away from everything! Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff were excellent and the hotel was perfect. Amazing location and close to everything. The rooftop was a HUGE hit - everyone loved it.

The location is perfect, staff are willing to help. The bug downfall is no parking for a midsize suv with no real solution provided by the staff.

Family of 10 Adults as old as 65 and kids as young as 8. Great location, about a 10 min or less walk to the Christmas market and ice rink. Everyone was happy.

Great price and convenient location - roof could be better but amazing value overall

This boutique hotel pretty much sums up Quebec. The staff are all charming and pleasant. Always willing to help. There is a basement with TVs wine and games. The view from the front stairs is of a park that looks over the St. Lawrence River. It in a remarkable place that is easily walkable to the major site. We are looking forward to coming back in spring. Thanks to the staff. It was a wonderful stay.

The location is perfect in old Québec. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The thermostat was not working and we had to sleep in 25 degree room. We ask to change room and they could not do it. Either fix the thermostat or change room. They could not do either that night. They did change the room the next day.
