Loved this property, our only issue is we never got any housekeeping. We checked in Wednesday afternoon and left Saturday.

Hotel is conveniently located. Everything is walkable distances. very nice and friendly staff.

We were very happy with the historical elegance of the hotel, its location and the proximity to all of the Old Quebec dinning options and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

The was a beautiful room with lots of space to put things. It was hug and nicely decorated.

Would be nice to have some more towels and some water supplied in the room.

Eveything for the property is automated, so definitely keep that in mind.
The property itself has no elevators, so you will need to carry your items up the stairs.
The property itself is gorgeous. Very clean, well decorated, and the rooms are quite large.
