There was no spa, liek the pictures, the pool was cold and the bottom was full of bumps from the linner. The staff at checkin didn’t even say hi or even look at me. The water for my bath was cold,

It’s close to high voltage power lines. During my stay there was construction going on. At the end of the hallway, the door was not even there, just a plywood board.

Always hate the heating system-noisy

It is a nice property with great location near everything for shopping. Old Quebec is not far nor is center videotron. The only thing is ceontinental breakfast is not included in this price point. You have to pay extra. The breakfast area is also very small and not very inviting to ones wanting to participate on a busy day. However this is a very small minor inconvenience for all the plus you get for your money. Comfortable beds and super quiet rooms in a central location.

The rooms were very dark. Also the cards to get into the rooms didn’t work and we had to keep going to get them reprogrammed. Liked that the mall was across the road and we could walk there.

Concerning the keycards, we had a problem with the system during the week-end which caused some cards to not work very well. The problem was since resolved, but we understand that it may not be the best experience. We understand if you decide not to come back, but we would like to inform you that we have 2 new levels that opened this year with upgraded lighting available.
