Warm room, and we had no option to turn the air-conditioning on as all of them were off. This was totally uncomfortable.

Great place to stay convenient to the highway. Clean, comfy beds and good service. Road construction unfortunately affected a couple of the access points.

This is a great hotel with great staff but the best part was the attached restaurant which was the best restaurant of any hotel I've been in. Just remember, you won't be able to get in for any meal, any time of day, without a reservation. There was a good dining option a short walk away.

Dear Deryl S, It sounds like you had a fantastic experience! The combination of great hotel accommodations and an exceptional restaurant is definitely a winning formula. It's always a bonus when the on-site dining is top-notch, though I can see how it would be a bit inconvenient if reservations are required all the time. It's great that there was another solid dining option nearby, though. That’s helpful to know for anyone planning to stay there!

This was a lovely stop on the way back from old Quebec City. The staff was amazing! Vaughn & Emmie at reception were welcoming & helpful on booking the restaurant & getting us checked out. Comfortable bedding. We had the most pleasant breakfast experience at your restaurant. Our server Xavier was fantastic, so friendly & welcoming. The Omelette was delicious. Bravo Best Western! We’ll be back 😀
