It would be a nice rustic apartment but it’s very run down. First thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell of moldy basement. The ac looks like it’s 50 years old , it’s dirty and barely blows air. There are yellow streaks on the bathroom walls and rust on metal fixtures. Bathroom door doesn’t fully close. Fridge door is covered in rust. No shampoo or shower gel. No electric or stove kettle to make the tea. No paper towels in the kitchen. Leaking pipes under the sink. Leaking AC. Smelly head board of the bed which we had to drape with blankets.

Ci dispiace per l'accaduto per l'aria condizionata, siete arrivati alle 23,00 e andati via alle 09,00 della mattina successiva.Non siamo riusciti ad intervenire perché era domenica e il tecnico non rispondeva. Gli infissi sono in legno la rugine è impossibile la cucina non è in uso ne tantomeno avevate l'accesso, avete prenotato la camera è il bollitore non è nelle nostra descrizione dell'annuncio.Siamo sconcertati per voi e anche per questa vostra interpretazione.

Charming and beautiful bed and breakfast. It’s location is ideal for seeing the sights around Cagliari. A lovely pizza restaurant just round the corner too. I’d definitely go back if we were to visit Cagliari again.

Everything is so authentic. The room is a charm. The courtyard is extremely beautiful and has so much attention to details. I was surprised to find out no designer was involved in decorating this place. It’s all the imagination of the owner: hats down.
The breakfast was more than perfect. Everyday I had different kind of eggs. Last morning it was just spectacular: it had a touch of a Michelin Star restaurant. Highly recommended! It’s hard to review another hotel, after this one, in this vacation.

Quirky room with welcoming host

Pros: Quirky, unique rooms and breakfast
Cons: Cleaning at high level ie ceiling beams etc.
Location: Restaurant on the park - good for pizzas and Italian food.
Quirky and unique rooms hosted by a welcoming host who was only too happy to give local information requested.Breakfast was tasty and sufficient , only negative was that could have been a little cleaner at high levels in rooms.
