You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 500 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 29 February, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 March - 31 October, EUR 1.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 350 per accommodation, per week
• Water fee: EUR 5 per night for use over 264 gallons.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for in-room wireless internet: EUR 50 per week (rates may vary)
• Pet fee: EUR 50 per pet, per week
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 50.0 per week
• High chair fee: EUR 50 per week
