It's clean, quiet and has a good location. It has a shared coffee room at the first floor and no coffee at the rooms. I would prefer coffee at the rooms. The access is not very convenient because of a short steep stair. There is a elevator though, but I think it's for wheelchair access. Parking is very close to the hotel.

Nice room, nice breakfast buffet. 5 minutes to Berri-UQAM metro and good price too.

The hotel was overall excellent—clean, comfortable, and with great amenities. However, the housekeepers were quite loud in the hallways, with banging against walls while cleaning nearby rooms, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful experience
