I had a terrible stay at this hotel. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even sleep in the sheets out of fear of getting bed bugs. The bed sheets and pillows had stains, the ceiling had yellow water marks, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. To make matters worse, the toilet had visible stains on the seat, which were clearly not cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting.
We stayed on the third floor, but the elevator didn’t reach all the floors, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The parking situation was just as bad extremely tight and hard to navigate. If you have a larger car, don’t even bother it’s stressful trying to get in, out, or find a spot.
The breakfast was another disappointment. If you’re not downstairs at 7 a.m. sharp, don’t expect much to be left. By the time we arrived, there was almost nothing available just some bread and pancakes. We ended up having to go out to eat because it was so bad.
If you’re booking this place because it’s cheap, be prepared to get exactly what you pay for. The pictures online are very misleading. The only accurate ones are of the reception area, which does look nice but everything else is a joke. Avoid this place if you can.

I stay 8 days but they didn’t provide me a freeze in the room and I have requested but no one care.

The hotel does not honor what they have advertised on Expedia. The room was very called, so they downgraded us to a smaller warmer room without reimbursement. The breakfast was terrible. They were unprepared to host as many guests as they had in the breakfast area. No coffee, no silverware, no food for everyone. Just awful!

Breakfast lacked products and were out of stock service was also very slow , the property was unclean

Hair, nails, condoms etc. found in NEW rooms. This is beyond disgusting.
