The elevator was broken and no one helped us carry our bags, at least we were in the 2nd floor and not higher. The bed didn't have a mattress, it had a pad on top of a box spring. For us that we had a car there was no parking outside, apparently we had to reserve one at the hotel which we didn't know and the hotel is in a street where the tram passes by so we couldn't park nearby and you could hear the tram in the mornings.

The room was really nice, however, the only concern I had was about the shower. The glass door is only half way. Everytime after a shower, the washroom will be filled will water as the water spilt out during shower. The floor would get really wet and dangerous.

Water was terrible tasting

Easy Walk
Posted 17 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe liked the location of the hotel. It was in a great location for a walk through La Petite France up to the cathedral. Parking was a challenge and we had trouble with the AC working. We could leave the windows open but the street was fairly noisy with frequent trams passing. The rooms were clean and overall it was a good experience.
