"So, we finally had the so-called "can't see your booking" experience, thanks to Great Wall Days Hotel! When we got in, tired of travel, all we needed was a room to rest, except we were welcomed by staff who seemed not to know anything about Hotels.com and bookings by that.. We proceeded to wait for 3 hours while the hotel checked with their local neighbourhood committee whether or not we would be permitted to stay.
