The property its self was nice.
We needed more towels and wash cloths because we were given 1 of each. We stopped at the front desk on our way out, we had pets in the room so we didn’t expect anyone to put them in our room. We were told that we could pick them up on our return. Several hours later I stopped back at the front desk to retrieve the towels, the request was not know by the current front desk agent. The next day we stopped housekeeping to get the towels and she had one.
The smell on our floor was awful. The perfume or fragrance that was use was unpleasant and it smelled like it was covering up something rotting.
The breakfast area was unkempt none of the items were full and when we requested said items we were met with rolling eyes and inconvenience.
This location is very convenient to our families location and would love to stay again on our next visit with hopes we do not have the same issues.

The hotel over all was really nice! I didn’t like the fact that the AC was very noisy… too noisy
