While I initially booked elsewhere, I wish I’d stayed with you from the start. From check-in (my room was ready at 8:27 AM!) to check-out, your service was flawless. Special thanks to Samira and the morning team for their warm welcome and amazing coffee. The surprise chocolates, handwritten notes, and a bottle of Bordeaux were thoughtful touches. Every morning, the coffee was perfect, and the bar team (Naima, Rowan, and Gayan) provided excellent service. The spa was incredible, Carlos welcomed me warmly, the indoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and my 85-minute massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. The fitness center had everything I needed. My upgraded room, with stunning Balluta Beach views, was spacious and peaceful, allowing me to unwind completely. Housekeeping was exceptional, ensuring my room was spotless, refreshing towels, and providing nightly water service. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the hotel’s elegant yet cozy vibe was unforgettable. This experience inspired me to join Marriott Rewards. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.
